Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information. Using aliases or false identities is strictly prohibited and will lead to account termination.
Limited License: Registered members are granted a limited, non-transferable license to search profiles for the sole purpose of finding a matrimonial match.
Non-Commercial Use: You may not use profile data for any commercial purpose, marketing, or data mining.
No Guarantee: While we strive for "Reliable" matches, we do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by other users. We strongly advise users to conduct their own background checks.
Profile Pictures: Users must upload genuine, recent photographs. You must own the rights to the photos you upload.
Prohibited Content: Uploading photos containing children, celebrities, scenery, or any obscene/suggestive content is prohibited.
Downloading & Privacy: Downloading, taking screenshots, or distributing the personal photos of other members is strictly forbidden. These photos are intended for viewing on the platform only. Unauthorized distribution is a violation of privacy and legal action may be taken.
Respectful Interaction: Members must interact with others with dignity and respect.
Zero Tolerance Policy: Any form of abusive language, vulgar comments, or harassment in chats or profile descriptions will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
Blackmailing and Threats: Any attempt to blackmail, threaten, or extort another member will be reported to the cybercrime cell and relevant law enforcement authorities in Assam.
Secrecy of Contact Details: Your mobile number and email ID are kept confidential. They are only shared with other members if you explicitly grant permission or through our premium "View Contact" features.
Misuse of Data: Harvesting or collecting information about others, including email addresses or phone numbers, for any purpose other than matchmaking is a breach of these terms.
Reporting: Users are encouraged to report any suspicious or abusive profiles using the "Report" button.
Account Review: Reliable Matrimony reserves the right to monitor chats and profiles to ensure the safety of our community.
Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to delete any account that violates these terms without a refund of any subscription fees paid.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
"I Accept" Button: Ensure that during the signup process, users cannot proceed without clicking a checkbox that links to these Terms.
