REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Reliable Matrimony (www.reliablematrimony.com) strives to provide a premium matchmaking experience. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both the member and the platform.

1. General Principles

  • All subscription fees paid to Reliable Matrimony are generally non-refundable.

  • A refund request does not guarantee a refund. Every request undergoes a rigorous Admin Approval & Due Diligence process.

  • By making a payment, the user acknowledges that the service (access to the database and platform features) begins immediately.

2. Eligibility for Refund Consideration

A refund may be considered only under the following specific circumstances:

  • Technical Error: Multiple deductions for the same transaction due to a technical glitch.

  • Service Failure: If a technical error on our side prevents a user from accessing their paid features for more than 7 working days and our technical team is unable to resolve it.

  • Accidental Renewal: If an auto-renewal (if applicable) occurred and was reported within 24 hours, provided no new contacts or features were used after the renewal.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • The user "changes their mind" after making the payment.

  • The user finds a match outside of Reliable Matrimony.

  • The user is dissatisfied with the number of responses or the quality of matches (matchmaking depends on mutual interest and profile availability).

  • Policy Violation: If an account is suspended or deleted due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., abusive behavior, fake profile, or misusing data).

4. The Due Diligence Process

To ensure fairness, all refund claims follow this mandatory path:

  1. Submission: The user must email a formal request to [Insert Support Email] within 48 hours of the issue, citing the Transaction ID and reason.

  2. Verification: Our Admin team will review the user's activity log. If the user has already viewed contact details or sent personalized messages, the service is considered "fully consumed."

  3. Interview: In cases of "unsatisfied customers," the Admin may conduct a brief inquiry to understand the grievance and offer a profile optimization or membership extension as a first-step resolution.

  4. Final Decision: The decision of the Reliable Matrimony Administration is final and binding.

5. Refund Processing (If Approved)

  • If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original source of payment (Bank Account/Credit Card/UPI).

  • Processing time typically takes 7 to 10 working days depending on the bank's policy.

  • Any applicable payment gateway charges or taxes (GST) paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
